All appointments must be secured by a valid credit card. As a courtesy to our guest and our service providers, please notify us 24 hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients will get a notification via email or text 72 hours before their scheduled appointment asking to confirm the appointment. Clients will receive an email or text with a reminder 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Clients with late cancellations and No Shows will be charged 50% of the schedule service total. Appointments are required , and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout. Late Arrivals, We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 50% of the schedule service total.
